The Double G emblem on the collar is created using a Bilnova appliqué embroidery machine; after stitching, the backing is dissolved in water to create a raised, three-dimensional effect, followed by hand-guided edge stitching along the emblem using a swing-machine for precise detailing. The front chest features a clean double-layer construction without visible seams or open edges. Cuffs are made from flat-woven ribbed trim, consistent with the refined knit structure.
