  • Items must include all original accessories, tags, and protective materials.

Non-returnable items: gift cards, clearance items, customized products, and items marked as “Final Sale”.

  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning your item, including the correct return address.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong items).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package arrives safely.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

Please note: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
