As a new manufacturing facility, 904L Factory believes that attention to detail is a sign of respect toward customers. While many manufacturers currently support this series, 904L Factory stands out due to the watchmaker’s persistent dedication to excellence—after all, as the saying goes, the best things come last.
The name ‘904L’ originates from the fact that the 126500 model uses 904 steel, officially known as super-austenitic stainless steel, which offers excellent corrosion resistance (commonly referred to as wear resistance) and has a density of 8.06 g/cm³. Leveraging its material advantages, 904L Factory controls product quality at the source, while precision finishing, polishing, and brushing play crucial roles in later production stages. The entire process of crafting the watch case is highly complex and meticulous.
Technology 1: The dial replicates the genuine enamel white finish through repeated calibration, achieving approximately 99% color accuracy compared to the original. The rounded indices and luminescent powder filling are indistinguishable from the authentic version.
Technology 2: Printing uses imported glossy ink materials, making the numerals more three-dimensional and full-bodied, closely matching the original in appearance.
Technology 3: The ceramic bezel features flawless engraved lettering with no burrs. Under 100x magnification, the font edges are sharp and clearly defined, with a three-dimensional inner structure. The 18K white gold markings are vacuum electroplated for permanent color retention.
Technology 4: The latest crown laser engraving adopts a triple-ring design, an upgrade from the previous double-ring version. Currently, only 904L Factory has acquired the genuine sample to accurately reproduce the new crown laser marking—an incredibly detailed effort that showcases tremendous replication expertise.
Technology 5: The 4131 movement’s hour, minute, and second chronograph hands show negligible visual differences compared to the older 4130 model; the only distinction is a slightly elevated hand shaft, with overall appearance nearly identical.
Technology 6: The dragon-and-phoenix logo inside the bracelet clasp utilizes imported femtosecond laser technology. When magnified, the fine texture is clearly visible and highly accurate—far superior to standard laser engraving and unmatched by ordinary factories. Customers are encouraged to conduct comparative evaluations.
Technology 7: The entire watch, including the case back and gear ring, is made of austenitic 904 steel, with shape and proportions nearly identical to the original. All components are verifiable via spectrometer analysis for material composition.
