3. Regarding the blue dial on the right, the C-factory version is slightly lighter than the genuine. However, because ray-pattern dials naturally display varying shades under different lighting conditions, as long as the RGB values remain within an acceptable baseline range, there is no significant deviation. Notably, C-factory uses the same PVD plating technology as the original for all its ray-pattern dials—including Submariner dials, various Datejust dials, and this Yachtmaster—ensuring consistent color across production batches. This method also features a thinner coating, allowing clear visibility of the underlying sunburst texture, although it comes at a higher cost.

4. This model’s bezel utilizes PVD platinum plating combined with an anti-fingerprint coating. Additionally, the base material has been upgraded from standard brass to stainless steel. This means that even if the bezel suffers impact damage and the plating wears off, the exposed base metal will still closely match the platinum color. Furthermore, stainless steel offers higher hardness than conventional brass, reflecting substantial investment in both manufacturing precision and production cost.
