Printing process: Each garment requires four separate print sections to complete the full design—1. Front main panel print, 2. The North Face visible layer print, 3. Hidden print section on the zipper placket (only one strip is used per print sheet, the rest discarded), 4. Side pocket prints require precise alignment; two small sections per print sheet are used for pockets, the remainder discarded. This results in extremely high printing precision and material waste. Features a total of 8 YKK zippers, including three different types: #5 resin zipper for the front placket, four #3 resin zippers for outer pockets and sleeves, and three reverse-pull metal zippers for inner compartments. Professional waterproof coated fabric with concealed zippers on side pockets and sleeves. Full seam taping ensures excellent waterproof performance. Lightweight fleece lining provides superior warmth and wind resistance while maintaining perfect breathability. Fabric made of polyamide fiber, printed with dispersed dyes via infrared screen registration and digital printing before cutting. Over 20 mold versions developed; prints are cut by size, with each section manually aligned and cut by workers according to pattern positioning—highly labor-intensive. Uses imported Belgian ink with four-color automatic recognition. Complete goddess logo spans the entire garment with precise alignment at all seams. Embroidered ‘R’ logo features thick, detailed ‘elephant leg’ stitching for enhanced depth and refinement. All accessories, including laser tags, are fully replicated.
