This year’s production has been refined with improved details including embroidery, laser logo, letter alignment, and pocket positioning. Filled with 90% white duck down compliant with national standards. Embroidery and knitting are produced in a factory collaborating with TNF, using imported high-density machinery to ensure neatness, density, saturation, and three-dimensional effect of the embroidery. The ‘700’ embroidery on the right cuff is seamless (no connecting stitches). Printing: the alignment of the first row of letters on the chest with the upper black fabric seam is precisely fixed. ZP letter positioning has an upper and lower tolerance of no more than 1cm, with each piece carefully aligned manually during cutting. The letters at the pocket position align perfectly with the garment design. When the front zipper is closed, the letters along the placket connect seamlessly; misaligned or broken letters indicate incorrect versions. Authentic aged YKK zipper used, main zipper features ‘VISION’ engraving, and the plastic puller is marked with ‘THE NORTH FACE’.
